A mix of cafe, restaurant and bar by chef Bel Coelho, Cuia Café shares space with the shelves of Livraria Megafauna, on the ground floor of the historic Copan building, in downtown São Paulo. Open uninterruptedly from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday and on Sundays until 6:00 p.m., the place invites you to brunch, lunch, dinner, coffee or a drink, either in the lounge with open kitchen or in one of the tables in the outdoor area. The cosmopolitan recipes privilege native and agroecological ingredients and value the biomes and food cultures of Brazil. The repertoire is the result of Bel's family experiences, trips and deep and constant research. Most of her personal collection of books make up the decor, along with baskets and pumpkins. The name of the house, by the way, comes from this important indigenous utensil that welcomes and shares food.

Moderno, creativo y con raíces italianas: los mismos atributos que describen a Evvai se aplican a su chef, Luiz Filipe Souza. En su restaurante de autor de alta cocina, el joven y premiado talento explora sus orígenes, el intercambio cultural nacido de la inmigración italiana a Brasil y la cocina resultante, practicando lo que él suele llamar cocina Oriundi. Luiz representó a Brasil en 2019 en el Bocuse D'Or, competición considerada como la "Copa del Mundo de Gastronomía". EVVAI está entre los restaurantes de la Guía Michelin 2020.
