Escala Humana
Fundada en 2015 por Ayelén y Germán Massera en el Valle de Uco, Escala Humana Wines interpreta el terroir con sensibilidad y mínima intervención. Germán, enólogo desde 2003, busca expresar el ecosistema completo: suelo, clima, topografía, vides y la cultura que lo rodea.
Con finca propia en Gualtallary —“La Masía”—, trabajan bajo principios de viticultura sustentable y precisión en bodega, elaborando vinos auténticos, transparentes y con sentido de origen. Líneas como Livverá, Geografía Extraordinaria y Credo son parte de un proyecto que entiende al vino como diálogo íntimo entre paisaje, tiempo y personas.
