Composición del suelo: Los suelos de este asombroso micro-terroir consisten en una primera capa arenosa que alcanza una profundidad de 70 cm debajo de la superficie, la cual reposa sobre una segunda capa de piedras redondas con importantes contenidos de carbonato de calcio. Los suelos tienen muy baja capacidad de retención de agua.
