Allí, tierra adentro, la familia Dávalos descubrió una zona apta para la vitivinicultura extrema y un terruño asombroso para la producción de vinos de altura.

Own-rooted vines acclimatized to extreme altitude, planted on 0.5 hectares in a single block in Seclantás Adentro. The vines, 100% Grenache Noir, are irrigated with meltwater from the Andes and cultivated with respect for the soil according to the principles of sustainable viticulture. Hand-harvested at the end of February 2023 in 15 kg crates. Vinification included a small proportion of whole clusters, fermented in concrete eggs with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts.
