Casa Yagüe
Casa Yagüe es un proyecto familiar ubicado en un paraíso natural, rodeado de montañas, al lado del Parque Nacional Los Alerces y a orillas del río Futaleufú, en la Provincia de Chubut. Es la segunda bodega más austral del mundo. Amantes del campo y la naturaleza, Marcelo Yagüe, Patricia Ferrari y sus hijas se establecieron en el valle en 2004.

Vineyard size and age: 0.5 ha (planted in 2014, 4,500 vines/ha) & 1 ha (planted in 2017, 8,000 vines/ha)

Soil composition: Surface layer rich in organic matter over deep sandy loam, developed on an ancient riverbed with excellent drainage.
Training method: Double cordon and Guyot
Harvest date: April 30, 2024

Fermentation container: Stainless steel tanks
Fermentation: Gentle pressing followed by fermentation at controlled temperature (14–15 °C) in stainless steel tanks for 12 days
