Altar Uco es un proyecto permanente y eterno. Una búsqueda constante en pos de lograr expresiones cada vez más puras y delicadas del terruño, un concepto que incluye no solo el lugar en el que nacen las uvas, sino también la interpretación que hace el hombre de ese punto preciso del mundo.
En Altar Uco potenciamos el terroir, lo resaltamos. Hay una emoción humana que interviene en el suelo, el clima, la geografía y las vides para crear al vino.
